Objectives 宗旨
- This organization shall be non-profit and apolitical. Its objective shall be to provide a common and congenial medium for and to facilitate social and cultural exchanges among the members of the Association.
- To represent the Chinese American population in their common causes and to ensure Chinese Americans in the social, cultural and economic life in Reading, PA.
- This organization is organized exclusively for cultural, educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
- 协会为非营利性和非政治性的组织。其目标是为协会成员提供一个志同和谐的平台，并促进社会和文化交流。

Membership 会员
Members of this organization shall consist of individuals who are interested in the
Chinese culture and who have paid the annual membership fees.
